INTERNATIONALIZATION
Master’s Program in Law of Social and Labor Relations
UDF has a structured Internationalization Program and an Internationalization and Cooperation Networks Office (EIRC), with its own designated space and administrative team. The office is part of the Network of Internationalization and Cooperation Offices (NEIRC) of the Cruzeiro do Sul Educational Group, working in close coordination with the other 11 offices of the group’s institutions. The team carries out joint activities with FAUBAI (Brazilian Association for International Education) to foster internationalization, organizes selection processes for scholarships and student mobility abroad, provides guidance and support to undergraduate and graduate students, receives international applications and assists foreign students during their academic stay at UDF, supports visiting faculty, negotiates new partnerships and cooperation agreements, manages calls for national and international mobility and scholarship programs, including Santander Universities scholarships. UDF has established agreements with institutions such as Newcastle College (UK), University of Coimbra (Portugal), University of Porto (Portugal), Universidad Castilla-La Mancha (Spain), Syracuse University (USA), University of California – San Diego (USA), Universidad Anáhuac Xalapa (Mexico), Universidad Católica de Argentina (Argentina), Universidad Juan Agustín Maza (Argentina), Fundación Universitaria de Popayán (Colombia), Universidad Externado de Colombia (Colombia), Ejercito del Peru (Peru), Universidad Científica del Sur (Peru), Parul Institute (India), and Faculty of Law Maharaja Agrasen (India), among others.
Students from Cruzeiro do Sul Educational Group institutions may also participate in the Internal Academic Mobility Program (MAI), allowing national exchange within group institutions during the academic semester. The institution encourages internationalization beyond mobility and scholarships, promoting actions such as online events, lectures, seminars, workshops, and technical visits—aligned with the concept of “internationalization at home.” In 2022, UDF expanded its Virtual Exchange Project, inspired by FAUBAI’s BRAVE program, with ongoing initiatives involving institutions from India, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, and others.
The Master’s Program maintains active collaborations with prestigious international institutions, including:
